Ever wondered what happens in a Mexican kitchen? At Fiesta our talented chefs create flavoursome Mexican cuisine including, Tacos, Nachos, Enchiladas, Fajitas and delicious in-house desserts. Our ingredients are sourced from the finest Melbourne Mexican food suppliers. With these ingredients, our chefs create wholesome Mexican flavours using jalapenos, serrano, chipotle, paprika, cayenne pepper, green peppercorns and cilantro. Without the use of spices, it certainly would not be authentic Mexican.
Our kitchen is always trying and reinventing new tasteful flavours like our new Spicy Meatball Taco, Fiery Hot Wingettes and our jaw-dropping Jalapeno Candy Ice cream. These dishes were inspired by transforming traditional recipes into modern dishes, focusing on the use of authentic spices.
Recently, our kitchen crew also created a signature Fiesta hot sauce. It was created to separate Fiesta from the rest of Melbourne’s Mexican restaurants. Our signature Fiesta hot sauce has a slight punch to it; however, we made sure it has a mild to medium flavour for all our guests to enjoy.
Fiesta uses high quality cottonseed oil and only lean cuts of meat. We also use minimal amounts of salt and creams to create healthy substantial meals. Our restaurant kitchen staff aim to please each and every individual customer that enters Fiesta’s doors.
